I have been very curious to see what the approach would be for the new Dredd film. Obviously it will eliminate the campiness of the Stallone film and try to capture what made the comics so fun, the violence and action. Well the first look for the film is now here and it has a heavy vibe of an action film that just recently saw the light of day here on US shores. Check out the premiere trailer!

I dont think this trailer shows enough to gain full on excitement, but I do want to see more and I hope this film is indeed like The Raid Redemption and keeps the violence level high.
